SHIPPING POLICY
In-stock items are packaged and shipped within three business days. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when the carrier receives the your order for shipment. Backorder and preorder items will ship within 90 days. If you need your order expedited, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
We understand the challenges of logistics and shipping. We are here to work with you, to meet your needs. USPS will typically be the lowest cost method for smaller items that are under 70 pounds shipping weight. Larger items, such as most engines, will ship via UPS Ground. For any other shipping requests, please contact us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. If you have received the wrong item, or if it is damaged in shipping, please contact us to arrange its return, exchange, or replacement.
Simonini products are backed by a One Year Manufacturer's Warranty. Please contact us in regard to any warranty issues, and we will be happy to help facilitate the warranty claim.
